Throughout the next month, we'll be showcasing the Florida Cranberry, also known as Roselle, the fresh fruit of the hibiscus. This incredibly nutritional superfood, which has a tangy, bright cranberry-like flavor, offers a myriad of culinary uses, such as sauces and syrups, as fresh cocktail flavors and garnishes, as jams and jellies and in desserts as a glaze.Starting tonight we feature the Fresh From Florida® cranberries with our weekend special: Twin Wild Boar Porterhouses with pumpkin mashed potatoes, Brussels sprouts sautéed with bacon, roasted red pepper and purple cabbage with a Florida Cranberry-Merlot reduction and Florida Cranberry garnish
